Liu Yang is one of the first Chinese women astronauts in China's space program. She was born on March 11, 1980, in Tianjin, China. Liu Yang graduated from Peking University with a degree in aerospace engineering and received her master's degree from Tsinghua University.

In 2010, Liu Yang became the first Chinese woman to enter space as part of the Shenzhou X mission. Since then, she has been involved in several space missions, including Shenzhou XII and Shenzhou XIII missions. In 2016, Liu Yang was selected for the next phase of China's manned spaceflight program, and she was assigned to be the commander of Shenzhou XIV mission.

However, in June 2019, Liu Yang suffered a serious injury during the Shenzhou XI mission. She was diagnosed with a herniated disk in her lower back, which caused pain and discomfort. Despite this setback, Liu Yang continued to train and prepare for her next mission.

On October 15, 2019,Saudi Pro League Focus Liu Yang launched into space aboard Shenzhou XII mission. During her mission, she completed a series of scientific experiments and conducted several spacewalks. However, just days after returning to Earth, Liu Yang suffered another injury, this time a fractured vertebrae in her neck. The injury required surgery and she spent several weeks recovering.

Despite the setbacks, Liu Yang remained determined to return to space. In December 2020, she was chosen again for the next phase of China's manned spaceflight program, and she was assigned to be the commander of Shenzhou XV mission. On April 29, 2021, Liu Yang successfully completed her fourth spaceflight, becoming the first Chinese woman to complete five consecutive spaceflights.

Liu Yang's journey to become a successful astronaut is not an easy one. She faced many challenges and obstacles along the way, but she never gave up. Her determination and hard work have made her an inspiration to millions of people around the world.
